1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the 366bt Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or using other household members' details — is strictly prohibited. 366bt employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts and will close all duplicate Accounts upon discovery, retaining any balances in line with its fraud-prevention policy.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date. 366bt is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 366bt will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was made possible by your failure to adequately protect your login details. 2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions

366bt primarily serves players based in Bangladesh. Players from jurisdictions where online betting or casino activity is prohibited by local law are not eligible to register or use the 366bt Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. 366bt accepts no liability for any Player who accesses the Platform in contravention of applicable local laws.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Verification Obligation

366bt is required to verify the identity of all registered Players before processing withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may require you to submit copies of government-issued photo identification (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months), and proof of payment method ownership.

3.2 Document Submission

3.4 Right to Refuse Verification

366bt reserves the right to refuse to verify an Account and to close that Account if it is unable to satisfactorily complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe. In such cases, any real-money balance in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to deductions for any applicable charges.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

366bt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 366bt does not apply currency conversion charges on BDT transactions; however, your payment provider may impose separate fees, for which 366bt accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 366bt is ৳500 (five hundred Bangladeshi Taka). Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. 366bt reserves the right to amend minimum deposit limits at any time, with notice provided to active Players through the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Once a withdrawal request is approved, 366bt aims to transfer funds to your nominated mobile wallet or card within the following standard timelines: bKash and Nagad — within 1 to 4 hours; Rocket and Upay — within 4 to 12 hours; Visa and Mastercard — within 1 to 5 business days. These timelines are indicative and may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds. Only real-money balances that exceed the Wagering Requirement threshold are eligible for withdrawal.

4.5 Fraud Prevention on Transactions

All deposit and withdrawal activity is monitored by 366bt for fraud, money laundering, and unusual pattern indicators. 366bt reserves the right to delay, suspend, or permanently refuse any transaction that triggers its fraud detection systems, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional bonuses offered by 366bt are available to eligible Players as specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to new Players who have completed registration and their first deposit. Existing Players may be eligible for reload bonuses or loyalty promotions, as communicated through the Platform from time to time.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

366bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the date of the change, provided that the Player continues to meet all applicable conditions.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

366bt reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed in error, bets placed at odds that were published incorrectly due to a technical error, and bets that exceed the maximum stake limit applicable to a specific market. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.

6.2 Settlement of Bets

All sports bets on the 366bt Platform are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, or the International Cricket Council for ICC tournament fixtures). In the event of a dispute over an official result, 366bt will await confirmation from the governing body before settling the affected market.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or display glitches to gain financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported to 366bt immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 366bt

366bt reserves the right to suspend a Player's Account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. During a suspension, the Player will be unable to place bets, access casino games, or process withdrawals. 366bt will conduct an investigation and notify the Player of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.

8.2 Permanent Closure by 366bt

Following investigation, 366bt may permanently close an Account where a breach of these Terms is confirmed. 13 Amendments to These Terms

366bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 366bt will provide notice to registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the 366bt Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 8.3 above.
